Dr. Rajan Sankaran
“This is the connecting point between the mind and the body, the point at which physical and mental phenomena are spoken of in the same language, where the boundaries between these two realms disappear and one can actually perceive what is true for the whole being”. Dr. Rajan Sankaran is a world-renowned Homeopath practising in India since 1981.
The son of author and homeopath Dr. P. Sankaran, he graduated from the Bombay (Mumbai) Homoeopathic Medical College (now known as Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homoeopathic Medical College) in 1981. Dr. Sankaran has written and published many books including The Spirit of Homeopathy, The Substance of Homeopathy, The Soul of Remedies, The System of Homeopathy and more recently The Sensation in Homeopathy. He has also created a homeopathic case analysis software programme called ‘Vital Quest’.
Through these writings and lectures, Dr. Sankaran has had a profound influence on many modern Homeopaths' methods of practice. He is particularly well-known for developing a highly structured view of the Materia Medica.
His Vital Sensation technique, now known as ‘The Bombay Method’ gives us a unique understanding of our patients. Irish Homeopaths who have attended seminars and workshops with Rajan in Europe and India have described his teachings on this challenging method as incredibly clear, focused and inspiring. Their experience suggests that when the method is clearly understood with clarity it makes the practice of homeopathy easier and leads to an increase in success in practice.
The emphasis at the seminar will be on the method itself. Cases will be studied in detail. Sakaran will attempt to make his whole thought processes crystal clear. The seminar will be aimed at people who already have some knowledge of this method. However, beginners will gain valuable insight as well as enjoying and understanding the very didactic case discussions of Rajan.
There is a possibility of studying this method in advance through a video course of his live cases. If you are interested in doing some study of the method in advance of the seminar please email us for more details.
